Thanks Chris - that's precisely the kind of document I'm after.  Not having to 
take the time to determine the proper incantation to find it make it more 
likely I will be able to participate.

It seems that at least a few people understand the theory of public key 
cryptography.  Is there anyone out there that would be interested in a 
presentation along the lines of "how does this cryptography stuff work, 
anyway?".  I could probably pull that off if people are interested.
