[kwlug disc.] Meeting suggestions page on LUG site

For many years, Richard has asked Santa for a way to organize meeting
suggestions and people who are willing to present meetings. Maybe
Christmas came early this year:

	This page should be editable by anybody who has a registered
account on the website. Every time one of you keeners offers to make a
presentation, you can record it on this page so that we don't forget about
it. Every time you think of a presentation that you would like to see, you
can add it to the page as well.

	The page is formatted using Markdown syntax, which should be
pretty straightforward to understand. You can also use regular HTML
(although I am not sure you can mix the two arbitrarily).

	Elves have seeded the page with some suggestions, but that's more
to provide some examples than because LUG members are clamouring for these
topics.

	It would be good if there were some comments and feedback to
determine whether this is a feasible solution or not.
