Palm T|X and probably LifeDrive can do this with a BT cell phone, if you want 
to use a BT or screen keyboard. (I have no problem with that)

Oh wait, it needs to be a GSM cell phone, since Palm refuses to use generic AT 
commands to set up the data call.  I'm working on a way around that though, 
as well as a way around the no wifi on Treo 650.  :-)
