That's too trite. Too easy.
Puts the onus back on the consumer to tread through all the shite.
Seems to me I saw something in the news not long ago that there's
(another?) movement on to make things more 'plain English.' In the
U.S. I think.
Guess it all goes back to the litigious environment we live in.
Too bad a person's word is worth squat these days.
Too bad people take advantage of those words, leading to all of the above.
Mind you ... I am reminded most every day how this is unavoiadable.
People just want a problem solved, and simple answers to complex
questions. So if you don't read their minds correctly, when it turns
out you were wrong because of aspects they didn't tell you, it's your
credibility that suffers.
