[kwlug disc.] spam filtering/greylist

I've been using greylisting to stop spam for a little while now, and 
it's worked wonderfully.  It probably cut my spam by 10 fold or more. 
Lately however I've noticed the spam seems to be increasing.  I am 
seeing the viagra and stock spam routinely again.

Is there anything out there to complement greylisting that is easy to 
setup, administer, understand, and gives no false positives?  I do email 
redirects for a lot of clients and right now I don't do any email tech 
support.  If I start bouncing nonspams, then I've got to start 
supporting all my clients and would be a nightmare, particularly since 
I'm no email expert.
