[kwlug disc.] Apache vs IIS system call chart

It was posted on slashdot and most people there were calling it FUD, 
because it showed two different applications, and because the windows 
one is C++ which uses classes which always have more functions due to 
template possibilities. 

It would have been nice if both were apache, then at least it would be 
apples and apples.
