[kwlug disc.] panic, do_resume problem

I'm re-compiling the kernel as I write. I've never understood why
anyone would want to bottom post. The stuff at the bottom is only
historical reference. If you bottom post, then the receiver must scroll
down to see what has been added. If you top post, then the message is
there with no scrolling. So I think top posting is ok, (Now give me my
biscuit!)
Could you explain why you like bottom posting?
