Perhaps the question should be expanded?
Is there a better tool than a wiki out there for Paul?
I guess a wiki is a class of Content Management System (CMS), and
I guess there are more of those out there than you can shake a
stick at. I would also guess that Drupal is not on Paul's most
favourite apps list. (-:
Is there a better vehicle out there for Paul's requirements?
(Revision tracking would appear to be a defining functionality.)
