 	Perhaps, but I really am just looking for a wiki for now. I 
thought about Drupal and other CMSes, but I think that makes the problem 
harder, not easier.

 	I don't need fancy revision control over pages. The simple RCS 
system that TWiki uses is fine, except for e-mail updates.

 	Sy's suggestion is pointing to us looking at MediaWiki again. It 
is certainly a famous choice, so many people have probably worked on the 
problems I am worried about.

 	RSS feeds are okay, but right now actual e-mail updates are 
important. That may change as my audience migrates towards RSS.
