[kwlug disc.] Looking for computer store recommendation

I've been fairly happy with Canada Computes http://www.canadacomputers.com/ although they're up in Waterloo 
(King St, just north of University Ave).  They'll build a unit to order, won't insist on bundling an OS you 
don't want, and have onsite repair facilities.  I bought a box for graphics last year, had some trouble with 
its memory, brought it back and had it fixed while I waited.  My only complaint has been the case -- the 
fans aren't variable speed, so it's far noisier than I like. If I had known I would have specified that when 
I requested the assembly.
