[kwlug disc.] help please, inode error!

I've been getting some very strange errors, so I decided to run
xfs_check and sure enough there's an error. So rebooted under kbuntu so
it wouldn't mount the disk and ran
xfs_repair /dev/sda6

after a bunch of stuff, it ended with
fatel error -- can't read block 677216 for directory inode 84759791

I tried deleting any and all files that were superfluous, but the same
error shows up.

Any suggestions on how to proceed?
Am I looking at a bad hard disk?
