I was going to send this to the ON-Linux list as well, but I figured
everyone who needed to would get it if I just send it here.

I am away on vacation for a week, without net or phone access (or
hydro for that matter).  I will nail down the AV rental for the show
when I get back if we are ready to commit to the deposit.  I will also
hammer out the show program so it is ready for bios and schedule
content.  Whatever we need to put in it, give me a rundown here.
