I have a Neuros OSD and I love it. There's no Myth front end yet, but
it's in the works. There is a great community around the device
already and firmware releases are quite frequent. Check out
http://open.neurostechnology.com/
The Youtube player is nice to have in the living room, I must admit.
I recommend it.
