C'mon ... he did say "other complex and useful high technology."
But if you think about it ... and add "for its time" to "other complex
and useful high technology' ... these are quite excellent examples.
Not electricity, though, but I would say "hydroelectric electricity
generation". Or something like that.

But ... aren't waffles an infringement upon property IP rights for
those who came up with frying flatbread on stones over a camel-dung
fuelled fire?
I guess fire itself doesn't qualify ... Bill Gate's
great-great-great-great-great-great-X many more greats-grandfather
shamelessly lifted that from god after a lightening storm.
