I technically had 'cybersurf' (or '3web') dsl for a brief time when
istop.com went under. I had connectivity issues for about a month before I
dropped the service for teksavvy.com. This may have been a result of
cybersurf taking istop customers.

Anyway, any reason why your looking for cable over dsl? I believe
teksavvy.com offers dry dsl if you don't want to pay for a phone line.
