 	http://faqtor.sourceforge.net is one I was considering, but never 
ended up using. The source file is XML (and thus more verbose than 
strictly necessary) but it doesn't look that painful. The results can then 
be copy and pasted.

 	Another idea is to use a plain old Drupal page with headings and a 
table of contents generator (there must be a metric tonne of them 
available). Then you can enter in the questions very easily (e.g. using 
Markdown with the MarkSmarty plugin). That is probably the direction I 
would lean towards if I was making a FAQ.
