Contribution note

The recent FLOSS donations and FLOSS nominees appear in the new blocks
on the right.  The old list can be found at
http://kwlug.org/taxonomy/term/53  Please magrate your nominations to
the new nominee content type.We'll add a custom module to automate the
"Don't let one talkative person dominate the list" code.  For now,
that is in the hands of the Cabal.

I'll dismantle the old stuff, including the link above in a week or
so.  Sooner if everybody moves their stuff.
