 	I think the cabal can manually manage the queue, rather than 
writing code to do it (unless somebody wants to write code).

 	I think the following user-editable fields would be good:
 	- project URL
 	- contribution URL

 	Is it possible that only cabal members edit some fields of the 
node? If so, there could be the following fields:
 	- Status (done, in queue, on hold)
 	- Donation month (YYYY-MM)
