Just be careful, tzsetup will copy the file, in the method I provided I
linked the file with a symbolic link. If your /usr is on a FS different
from /etc you might run into problems on boot up. So cp is your safest
bet (or run tzsetup, I had random problems with tzsetup so I just linked).
