answers 9) IF conditions.

We need items: 4, 5, 6 if we use this option.

This code is clean and neat. It currently is running slow (there must be
some kind of bottleneck).

Option 2 - There are organizations that offer multiple products that if
combined can create the solution that we require.
www.web-site-scripts.com has several products that would really suit our
needs and it is all built in PHP.

The products that we would purchase are as follows:
FormMaker Pro
Flash Charts Pro
Web Calendar Pro
ROI Tracking Pro

We would need to integrate all products into one administrative dashboard
and one client user side dashboard. Other items that would need to be
included are:
* Data piping
* multiple levels of security
* assigning values to answers
* filtering data.
