Apparently according to

Microsoft is accusing Linux of using 235 of it's patented algorithms. 
Microsoft is also distributing Linux due to the Novel contract.
So... Microsoft is violating it's own patents by distributing software 
that it's patents cover, thereby making those patents free?


I think SCO was the warm up. The real crash and burn is just appearing 
over the horizon.
