Hehe, didn't you see that comming with the Novel
partnership?

Here is the storyboard MS style:

MS thinks it is protected by that agreement, Novel is
protected by the MS agreement too, the rest of the
Linux world isn't.

So, that may or may not be true, but if MS sees it
that way, the Novel partnership was a clever move.
First protect yourself before attacking.
