I put Chris's suggestions on the website, but did not put his
suggestions into the queue page. Feel free to do so.

As far as I know anybody can nominate any project under the FLOSS
Fund mandate, so Chris is free to nominate the project if he wants.
As Adam says, people are free to contribute or not as they see fit.
This may be a bad policy in the long run, but my temptation is to
burn that bridge when we get to it.
