Smarthosting refers to using the ISP's smtp server to send all outgoing
e-mail.  The problem is that now Rogers SMTP server will filter messages
based on the From: field.

There's no benefit to customers to do this filtering.. basically, it's a
bold faced attempt to force companies who have several non-rogers e-mail
accounts to pay rogers money to use those e-mail accounts to send e-mail.
