Self, I'd love to see a presentation on network monitoring tools for
Linux. Why doesn't somebody offer to present it?

I know a little bit about a couple of tools, but not enough to
figure out things like "why is my internal network so slow?" and
"who is running that rogue bittorrent?" and "whose machines are
infected with spyware?".
