[kwlug disc.] LPI/COMPTIA Linux + cert

Hey all. Can someone give me guidance as to which cert will open up more
career prospects and why? Comptia is more recognized but I have heard that
LPI is better. Also can anyone recommend a good book or two. I checked our
local library, no love there.
