I have been having a very high level look at this myself. The ones that
I have found so far are JasperReports, which seems popular, and Pentaho,
which I have not seen as much linking about.

I have not used either of these programs, only flipped through their
websites. The way they are presented they both sound like comprehensive
solutions.
