Hamilton LUG is hosting a mini-conference on Saturday, 07 June 2008 from
9am to 5pm.

Attendance is free but registration is *required*.

Presentations are aimed at those new to F/LOSS. So all of our new users
from last month may find this conference of particular interest.

There is also a call for presenters. if you would like to deliver a
presentation to a new to F/LOSS audience, the organizers are
particularly interested in presentations on Desktop software such as:

GIMP
Inkscape
OpenOffice.org
MythTV
Firefox
Thunderbird
Scribus
etc.

So, presenters take notice. This is a chance to get more use from a
previous topic.

Details from the organizers below.

Best regards,
Richard.

> We'll talk more about all of this at the meeting on Monday May 5th.
