And, as a result, ca.archive.ubuntu.com is actually a CNAME link to
mirror.csclub.uwaterloo.ca (try pinging ca.archive.ubuntu.com) so if
you're having trouble with ca.archive, switching to mirror.csclub
probably won't help :).

If mirror.csclub is giving you trouble, you may want to try one of the
other Canadian Ubuntu mirrors:

Now that GOSLING [1], the Canadian Ubuntu Users Community [2], and
KWLUG lists know about all the other Canadian mirrors, perhaps I will
