Just to stir this pot a little more, I noticed that KernelTrap has paired up 
with HotLinuxJobs (never heard of them) to provide a place to look for OSS 
work.  Given that this has been a topic in the list here recently, I thought 
I'd pass the link along:

Understandably, this is a global board, so the chances of finding K/W specific 
work are slim.  However, the nature of this kind of work would lend itself to 
telework very well in most cases.
