Weird. 

For what it is worth, I found another site that seems to be similarly
effected (but this one seems more permanent, so maybe it is not
related). First, the IPCop box (192.168.1.2), then the Rogers DNS
directly (64.71.255.198). 

(Yes, you may judge me on my surfing habits now. I feel so dirty.) 

I probably shouldn't post this since I did not try OpenDNS yet, but I
am hoping it might be a reasonable datapoint/test. I do notice that
both www.google.ca and eopen.microsoft.com resolve to other names, not
IPs directly.
