I am in the west side of Waterloo, and have been using Rogers for 5 or 6
years now.
Several years back, they used to have issues, normally on Saturdays for a
couple
of hours. But for the last two years they have been very stable. They also
replaced
the cable modem to be able to sell VoIP to their customers, and upped the
speed of
the connection for free.
I always ponder going to a new provider that is cheaper, but given that
Rogers
have been very reliable, I dread doing it only to have outages and such for
just
$20 a month or so.
Caveat: they charge you more if you do not get the basic cable package.
