I'm guessing this was for much more than their WiFi service, since that
maxes out at $25/month. I wouldn't go first choice with them for any
serious bandwidth, but my personal demands are relatively low. The
equivalent to a reasonably reliable DSL line (my current line in Toronto
goes does 1~3 times a day. Hooray for bell) would be sufficient.
