I have to assume that there is no competition for cable internet in this
province because there is no competition for cable.  There are a few
small cable companies that still exist only in areas that rogers won't
service.  Why a "resold bandwith" system like the government mandated
anti-monopoly movement against the phone companies doesn't happen is
because there is more than just cable tv lines to carry internet to
homes.
